Last year, O.C. Tanner won Bronze in the category.
O.C. Tanner received this honor for its 2018 user conference, Influence Greatness. Rather than hosting a large conference with thousands of people, the company purposefully capped attendance at just a few hundred in order to provide attendees with a more intimate and personalized experience. The move seemed to resonate with attendees, 99% of whom reported in post-event feedback that they gained actionable knowledge they could take back and use to better their organizations.
