Whisky & Chocolate

Pairing whisky and chocolate is a delicate task but with the expertise of whisky specialist Michael Nouri on your side and a choice of hundreds of chocolates from Belle Fleur, it can be achieved.

While matching the two can be challenging, eating chocolate and drinking whisky is an absolute delight so we want to welcome you to Wilhelmina’s Liquid + Larder in Balmain to enjoy the pairings Michael and the Wilhelmina’s team created for this one-night-only event.

Representing brands such as Auchentoshan, Laphroaig, Maker’s Mark, Hibiki, Yamazaki, Connemara and Hakushu (to name a few), Michael Nouri will have an abundance of whisky from across the world to choose from when pairing to the chocolate.

Belle Fleur, Balmains local chocolatier, have been in the business of making handmade chocolate for over 30 years. Using high quality Belgian couverture, the best ingredients from across the globe along with local dairy products, Belle Fleur create contemporary flavours and shapes that makes walking into their store a mouth watering moment.
