Wines of Wilhelmina's — Riesling

Each month, our very own Mikey Hamilton pours some of his favourite vino to showcase different varieties throughout the year. It's a great way to wrap up a Saturday afternoon in Balmain, kick off your evening at Wilhelmina's while learning a thing or two about the wines we love.

Riesling is a variety of grape used to make white wine. It is commonly grown in Germany, where the relatively cold climate enables it to produce grapes for some of the best white wines in the world. Riesling grapes are also used also for high quality wines in Austria and can be found in countries like Australia, South Africa and Canada. Riesling is famous for its vivid acidity and fruitiness both in the nose and on the palate.

Price includes 5-6 wines and some snacks during the tasting.
