The fun starts the moment you arrive. Once you check in, feel free to meet with the O.C. Tanner team and explore the resort. The conference kicks off at 5 p.m. Tuesday with the welcome keynote as we announce our Breakthrough Award winners—presented by a very special guest. Then get a good night’s sleep and prepare for our mainstage keynote at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
