IG/22 will stream live from Park City, Utah, featuring six mainstage keynotes and many on-demand breakout sessions. These sessions include global experts from all over the world, as well as O.C. Tanner insights from the 2023 Global Culture Report. 

There is no fee. We are happy to provide Influence Greatness to you and your team virtually free of charge.

The online event kicks off with a live keynote from research professor Brené Brown on September 29 at 9 a.m. MST. Other keynotes and on-demand master classes will be available after that time for a period of 30 days post-conference.

Yes. SHRM/HRCI credits will be provided for those participating in the IG/22 virtual conference. Following the conference, reach out to influencegreatness@octanner.com to claim your credits.

Yes. IG/22 keynotes and other sessions will be available for on-demand viewing following the event.

Yes, we prefer that each participant registers individually. But you can choose to watch sessions together with your teammates. That way you can each join and discuss sessions—and the ideas in them—after the conference is over.

We require third-party cookie consent in order to display the conference video player and provide your personalized watchlist.

Even with precautions, technical glitches can still happen. We will be tweeting updates and support issues during the conference (follow us @octanner). However, if you miss any of the livestream content, you can watch sessions on demand after the conference.

Each browser and operating system require different steps to enable third-party cookies. The steps below will enable third-party cookies for all sites. You may wish to revert back to blocking third-party cookies.

Google Chrome – Desktop

1. For Mac, click Chrome > Preferences from the top menu bar. For PC, select the Chrome menu icon
2. Click on Settings
3. Scroll until you reach Privacy & Security
4. Click Cookies & Other Site Data
5. Make sure “Block third-party cookies and site data” is unchecked

Google Chrome – Android

1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app
2. At the top right, tap More, then More, and finally Settings
3. Tap Site Settings and then Cookies
4. Ensure that the Cookies toggle is turned on
5. Finally check the box next to “Allow Third-Party Cookies”
6. Please note, each Android device manufacturer will have slightly different steps to access settings. Check with your device manufacturer if you cannot follow these steps for Chrome on Android.

Safari – MacOS Desktop

1. Open Safari > Preferences from the top menu bar
2. Click Privacy in the top panel
3. Under Block Cookies, select Never

Safari – iOS Mobile

1. Open the Settings app
2. Scroll down and select Safari
3. Under Privacy and Security, turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies”

Mozilla Firefox – Windows

1. Click Tools > Options
2. Click Privacy in the top panel
3. Check “Accept Cookies from Site” 
4. Check “Accept Third-Party Cookies”
5. Click Okay

Microsoft Edge

1. Click More Actions from the toolbar and select Settings
2. Search for and select “View Advanced Settings”
3. Under Cookies, ensure “Block Only Third-Party Cookies” is de-selected
